We are seeking an experienced Power BI Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of BI developers and analysts, drive data visualization best practices, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Power BI development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of dashboards and reports.
Define and implement Power BI governance, security, and data management standards.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Design and oversee scalable data models, semantic models, and reporting architectures.
Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data visualization best practices.
Monitor and optimize Power BI performance, capacity, and usage.
Manage Power BI Service administration, workspace governance, and access controls.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting solutions.
Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
Work closely with data engineering, IT, and business teams to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
