Key Responsibilities
- Monitor branch profitability and financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze branch financial reports and MIS.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, deposit, lending, and cross-selling targets.
- Manage branch budgets and control operating expenses.
- Review cash management and reconciliation processes.
Branch Operations
- Assist in daily branch operations and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to banking/financial institution policies and procedures.
- Monitor transaction accuracy and operational risk controls.
- Handle escalated customer issues and service requests.
Business Development
- Support acquisition of new customers and retention of existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and cross-selling financial products.
- Build relationships with corporate, SME, and retail customers.
- Participate in local marketing and business development initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Supervise branch staff and support performance management.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
- Assist in workforce planning and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure staff compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
- Monitor KYC, AML, audit, and documentation requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) or relevant professional qualification preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in banking, financial services, or branch operations.
- Knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting, and banking systems.
Pay: ₹30,383.67 - ₹40,475.91 per month
