Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Data Engineer to join our technology team in Delhi. You will support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, databases, and reporting systems used by our UK and international teams.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
- Use Python for data processing and automation.
- Monitor pipelines and resolve data-quality issues.
- Support database design, data modelling, and documentation.
- Work with data analysts, software engineers, and UK-based stakeholders.
- Ensure data is accurate, secure, and delivered on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of SQL and basic Python programming.
- Knowledge of databases, joins, data structures, and ETL concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and UK shift.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Airflow, Spark, dbt, or Power BI.
- Internship, academic project, or personal project in data engineering.
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, data warehouses, or cloud technologies.
