Assist in preparing and updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims and records. Related duties that will be designated from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile :

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline. Diploma / Degree in Business Management
Experience :

At least 0 to 2 years in proven experience as HR or any similar role.
