- Lead Generation: Sourcing new sales of IT products through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling or emailing.
- Sales Pitching: Presenting product/service features, benefits, and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining and updating customer interactions in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Deal Closure: Negotiating pricing, contracts, and finalizing sales terms to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining contact with existing customers to facilitate renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
