Table Maintenance: Pre-bus tables smoothly by removing soiled dishes and cutlery without rushing the guests. Ensure water glasses are regularly refilled.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Adhere strictly to FSSAI food safety guidelines and in-house cleanliness protocols. Perform side-work including polishing glassware, resetting tables, and maintaining station cleanliness.
