We are currently looking for a skilled Bakery Chef / DCDP (Pastry) to join our team in Whitefield.
About Us:
We are a café catering to a health conscious clientele using organic and whole wheat ingredients.
We focus on high-quality artisanal breads and healthy café desserts.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years in a bakery or café setup.
- Skills: Proficient in baking breads, desserts, and cakes. Willing to experiment and develop products using whole wheat and healthy ingredients without the use of maida or refined wheat / ingredients
- Operations: Recipe costing, hygiene management, and team training (1–2 helpers).
- Bonus: Familiarity with whole-wheat and baking using refined sugar alternatives
What We Offer:
- Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000/month + sales incentives + duty meals. Will depend on experience and performance
- Schedule: 6 days/week (9-hour shifts).
- Growth: Full R&D freedom and a clear path to Head Baker as we scale.
