They will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting, preparation and finalization of financial statements, profit & loss accounts, balance sheet, statutory compliances, and coordinating internal and statutory audits. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the complete Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, provisions, and accruals.
Audit Management
- Coordinate and manage Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost Audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Adhere to accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS) and renewable energy regulations.
- Coordinate timely filing of statutory returns and financial disclosures.
- Monitor adherence to accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Financial Analysis & Control
- Analyze financial performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Track project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor budgets, expenditure, and cost control initiatives.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
General Ledger & Closing
- Review journal entries, ledger balances, and trial balances.
- Ensure accurate accounting for solar energy sales, subsidies, and incentives.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with business units, tax consultants, auditors, bankers, and senior management.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant years of finance/accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and finalizing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Proven experience in handling Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
