Position: E-commerce Executive
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product details, pricing, and stock availability.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
- Track shipments and follow up with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain product data and prepare basic Excel reports.
- Assist with daily e-commerce operations and marketplace activities.
- Handle basic coordination with internal teams and support smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or Shopify is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with logistics partners and resolve basic shipment-related queries.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
