A Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all technical and facility-related systems inside the cinema premises. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and cinema equipment to provide uninterrupted operations and customer comfort.
- Inspect cinema equipment and identify technical issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain lighting, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and panels.
- Handle HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration).
- Maintain plumbing and heating systems.
- Monitor projector, sound, and AV systems for smooth screenings.
- Check fire alarm and safety systems regularly.
- Attend emergency repair complaints quickly.
- Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
- Maintain DG sets, UPS, stabilizers, and power systems.
- Keep maintenance logs, reports, and spare inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and servicing.
- Ensure health & safety standards are followed inside the cinema.
- Support installation and setup of new equipment/screens.
- Reduce equipment downtime and maintain service quality.
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
