Job Title: Telecom Riggers

Roles and Responsibilities:
- We’re hiring a skilled and safety-focused Telecom Rigger who is confident working at heights and committed to maintaining strong, reliable telecom networks.
- Install, maintain, and repair telecom towers, antennas, cables, and related infrastructure.
- Perform tower climbing and rigging activities following strict safety standards.
- Operate hoists, rigging tools, and other installation equipment efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant telecom rigging experience.
- Strong understanding of tower climbing safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- NCCCO certification (mandatory for certain roles).
- FARM ToCli (Fall Arrest and Rescue Management – Tower Climbing) certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
- Experience in IBS Network or related telecom projects.
Familiarity with RIL automation tools such as JPW.
