Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of telecallers/customer care executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to drive team performance while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of telecallers/customer care executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide resolutions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with management to implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
