Job Title: Operations Manager for Data Research Centre at Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai
Requirements

Achieving daily feedback and audit targets

Flexible in working hours (Extension of shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required)

Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Resources recruitment (Recruit, select, hire) as per project requirement.

Forecasting caller requirement for the upcoming project
-
Train and evaluate callers and other supervisor.
-
A team player who has handled inbound/ outbound processes and a minimum of 200-250 tele callers.

Preferably handled a survey based process

Well versed with the dialler/ CRM strategies.

Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data.

Maintain all documentation related to data research team.

Proficiency in MS Office

Great interpersonal and communication skills
-
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling, productivity, training, and quality.

Address and resolve employee dissatisfaction and staff attrition.

Give suggestions in questionnaire to project team for better research findings.
