About the Role
We are a leading authorized passenger vehicle dealership in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, representing a prominent automobile brand. As part of our growing sales team in Thane, we are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants who are passionate about automobiles and thrive in a target-driven environment.
This is a high-visibility, front-line role where you will be the face of the showroom — guiding customers through one of the most significant purchase decisions of their lives.
What You Will Do
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their requirements and preferences
- Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, features demonstrations, and test drives
- Advise customers on the right model, variant, color, and financing options suited to their needs
- Follow up on enquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings to convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicle units
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to facilitate smooth loan and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Participate in promotional events, auto expos, and outdoor sales activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred
- 1 to 4 years of experience in automobile sales, consumer durables, FMCG, real estate, or any direct customer-facing sales role
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Self-motivated with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
