Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused consumer support specialist to handle customer inquiries for our Watch brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of customer service handling.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to South based customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls+cold call.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers with order status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, logistics, sales) to resolve issues.
- Respond professionally and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Follow company communication guidelines and SOPs.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written + verbal).
- Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure with a calm and positive attitude.
- Experience in customer support (international) is a plus.
- Basic computer & email-writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer support experience (e-commerce preferred).
- Experience handling Global customers is an advantage.
