We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will represent our brand directly in the market, generate qualified leads, conduct product demos, and build strong relationships with local business owners, vendors, or consumers.

Key Responsibilities
* On-Ground Lead Generation: Visit targeted markets, retail stores, or business locations to meet prospective clients and generate active leads.
* Product Demonstrations: Present, explain, and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers in simple and engaging ways.
* Event & Campaign Execution: Organise and run local marketing events, promotional drives, pop-up stalls, and trade show activities.
* Market Feedback & Reporting: Gather field insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity details, reporting daily/weekly metrics to the marketing manager.
* Relationship Management: Maintain rapport with existing merchants, partners, or vendors to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.
* Marketing Collateral Distribution: Distribute brochures, flyers, banners, and branded marketing materials at key customer touchpoints.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any relevant field (High school graduates with field experience are also welcome).
* Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in local languages
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler/vehicle for daily travel across assigned territories.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, and comfortable working outdoors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
