- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records in the system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge; hotel software knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Knowledge of Wincloud
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
