About the Role
Grand Poker Arena is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment activities along with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR coordination, and operational support in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary processing and employee data.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and company procedures.
- Employee Engagement & Workplace Coordination
- Support employee engagement activities, team events, and workplace initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work culture and employee relations.
- Assist in performance tracking and employee feedback processes.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and organizational information.
- Support administrative and operational coordination when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and employee management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment portals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in entertainment, gaming, hospitality, or startup industry is an added advantage.
Candidate should be adaptable, organized, and people-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
