We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and PPC campaigns. The candidate must have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid advertising strategies, and social media growth techniques.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, keyword optimization)
- Execute off-page SEO (backlink building, citations, guest posting)
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Optimize website content for ranking improvements
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO issues
- Work on Google My Business (GMB) optimization
2. Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Manage and grow social media platforms:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, creatives)
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Handle comments, messages, and community engagement
- Analyze insights and improve performance
3. Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
- Manage campaigns on:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Run lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns
- Optimize ads for CTR, CPC, and ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and copies
- Track conversions using pixels and analytics tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in SEO, SMO, and PPC
- Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Understanding of content marketing and keyword strategy
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website structure
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
