Key Responsibilities:

- Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available services.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
