About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for building a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and Full & Final (F&F) documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee records.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Support performance review cycles and HR initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an advertising, creative, digital marketing, or agency environment is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
