Roles & responsibility:
- To Monitor and handle smooth customer call center
- Defective stocks updates and its rectification
- Service matters follow up and closing
- Bettering Post Services with timely follow-ups and respond concern to management
- To track customer complain and its escalation to ASM
- Staff Management ,leaves, break time and late arrival track
- Assigning technician and its follow ups
- To handle critical and crucial customer complain
- Positive approach on handle with care
- To train new staff for customer service and how to attend customer calls
- over all monitoring and hygiene part of call center
