Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Promote and sell the company's products to dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders, and end customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, stores, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and share insights with management.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network in assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales visits, and daily activities using CRM or sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with internal departments.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Promote new products and increase market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical business practices, and safety guidelines during field operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
