Position: CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track customer interactions and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
- Support customer retention and engagement activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management preferred.

- Follow-up completion rate
- Data accuracy in CRM system
Designation: CRM Executive
Pay: ₹12,179.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
