Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Language & Communication Trainer to help learners improve their English communication skills, confidence, and professional readiness.
The trainer will conduct engaging live online sessions, facilitate daily English-speaking practice activities, mentor learners, and create impactful educational content related to communication and career development.
The primary audience includes freshers, job seekers, students, and working professionals who want to enhance their English communication skills for academic and career growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging live online training sessions on:

- Adapt teaching methods based on learners’ different proficiency levels.
- Conduct interactive sessions using discussions, activities, role plays, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
2. Daily English Conversation Activities
- Conduct structured daily English-speaking practice sessions.
- Connect with assigned learners for one-on-one conversation practice.
- Help learners improve:
- Fluency
- Confidence
- Pronunciation
- Vocabulary
- Professional communication skills
- Monitor learner participation and improvement.
3. Learner Support & Engagement
- Mentor learners throughout their communication development journey.
- Identify individual learning challenges and suggest improvement strategies.
- Maintain learner motivation and engagement.
4. Content Creation & Personal Branding
- Create educational content related to:
- Communication skills
- Speaking skills
- Interview preparation
- Workplace communication
- Career readiness
- Participate in videos, reels, webinars, and live sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility through educational content.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain learner progress reports and attendance records.
- Share regular training updates and performance reports.
- Participate in trainer meetings and organizational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation is preferred.
