We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar O&M Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team at a 17.5 MW solar power plant located at CIAL Cochin. The ideal candidate should possess strong electrical knowledge and hands-on experience in solar plant maintenance and troubleshooting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI Electrician
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with Solar O&M experience
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, solar modules, inverters, and plant equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine operation and maintenance activities at the solar power plant
- Monitor plant performance and identify operational issues
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, and associated equipment
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Salary
- ₹16,000 per month (In-hand)
