Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Management
- Manage and execute the complete onboarding process for all new hires.
- Ensure a warm and professional welcome experience for employees from Day 1.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs across departments and locations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for documentation, joining formalities, system access, and workspace readiness.
- Introduce new employees to organizational values, policies, and work culture.
Employee Incubation & Handholding
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all newly joined employees during their probation period.
- Provide continuous support and guidance for the first three months of employment.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees and reporting managers.
- Address concerns related to role clarity, team integration, performance expectations, and workplace adaptation.
- Track employee engagement and identify potential retention risks.
Probation Management
- Monitor and manage the complete probation lifecycle of employees.
- Maintain probation trackers and employee progress reports.
- Coordinate performance reviews during the probation period.
- Obtain feedback from reporting managers and recommend confirmation, extension, or other actions.
- Ensure timely completion of employee confirmation processes.
Training & Development
- Identify learning and development requirements for newly onboarded employees.
- Design and coordinate onboarding training calendars and learning interventions.
- Organize functional, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and employee learning progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure role-based capability development.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives for new employees.
- Conduct onboarding satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Drive programs that enhance employee experience and organizational integration.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate onboarding, probation, and training records.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards related to onboarding effectiveness, employee retention, and training completion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, or Talent Management.
- Experience in managing large-scale onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
