Position: Technical Support & Administration Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT & Administration Executive to manage and maintain the Cindrebay's IT infrastructure, hardware systems, network connectivity, and provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted functioning of computers, internet services, technical equipment, and office systems across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- IT & Technical Support Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity and internet services across the campus.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors for technical support and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and software installations.
- Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, and data backup procedures.
- Provide technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students as required.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
Infrastructure & Facilities Management
- Ensure proper functioning of classroom technology, presentation equipment, and lab systems.
- Monitor and report maintenance requirements related to office equipment and technical infrastructure.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Administrative Support
- Assist in general office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain records of IT assets, service requests, and vendor communications.
- Support procurement and installation of new hardware and software.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT systems, asset utilization, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi-Fi management, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with printers, projectors, CCTV systems, and office automation tools.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Basic networking and router configuration knowledge.
- Experience in educational institutions or multi-location operations.
- Understanding of IT asset management and vendor coordination.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
