Role Description
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Identify client needs, pitch solutions, conduct product demos, and handle objections
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for upsell and retention
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or corporate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Graduate required. MBA in sales and marketing preferred
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
