Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee joining documentation
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave balances
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and manpower status reports
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities regarding labour law compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace discipline
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational procedures
- Promote positive work culture and employee satisfaction
Performance & Training
- Support employee performance appraisal and confirmation process
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist in employee performance monitoring and career development activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
