We are looking for an Interior Design Faculty who can teach students and also take them on industrial visits to connect with professionals and explore real-world projects. The faculty will help students learn practical skills and find outsourcing opportunities to work on live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach interior design concepts in an easy and engaging way.
- Take students on industrial visits to factories, studios, and construction sites.
- Build partnerships with businesses to get outsourcing projects for students.
- Guide students in working on real projects and improving their portfolios.
- Invite industry experts for workshops and training sessions.
- Keep up with new trends in interior design and share them with students.
- Monitor student progress through assignments and projects.
Requirements:
- A degree in Interior Design and Architecture Design Field.
- Please do not apply if you are a CIVIL ENGINEER
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Good industry connections and knowledge of outsourcing projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and helping them gain practical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally for industrial visits.
