Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive based in Hyderabad. The Administrative Executive will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain organization, and support executives. Responsibilities include managing schedules, providing executive administrative assistance, coordinating meetings, handling office communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The candidate will serve as a key contributor to driving efficiency and ensuring business functions run seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to support interaction across teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in General Administration and day-to-day operations management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in office management tools and software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
