Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in HEPA filters / FFU / cleanroom / HVAC product sales
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
MBA in Marketing or Sales - Highly Preferred
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales function, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for HEPA filter and cleanroom products.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the company’s HEPA filter and cleanroom solutions
Develop territory-wise and annual sales plans
Handle key clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs
Conduct high-level product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and standards
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of HEPA filters, FFU systems, cleanroom standards
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time for customer engagement.
