We are looking for Hospital Administrator .
Qualification- Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare administration in 200+ Beded & NABH accredited hospital.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare operations.
- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
The Hospital Administrator is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic planning, and administrative functions of the hospital. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective management of resources, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff coordination. The Hospital Administrator works closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to achieve organizational goals and maintain operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standards to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor hospital performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning
- Support the development and execution of the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Evaluate healthcare trends, market conditions, and organizational needs to recommend growth initiatives.
- Lead projects aimed at expanding services and improving healthcare delivery.
Financial Management
- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Oversee revenue generation, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and quality improvement programs.
- Promote patient safety, risk management, and quality care initiatives.
Human Resource Management
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and professional development.
- Address employee relations matters in accordance with organizational policies.
Stakeholder and Community Relations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, vendors, regulatory authorities, and community partners.
- Represent the hospital in external meetings, events, and professional forums.
- Support initiatives that enhance the hospital's reputation and community outreach efforts.
