We are looking for a sharp and analytically driven MIS Executive to own data collection, reporting, and analysis across our manufacturing operations. The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, HR, Procurement, and Management to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers that drive informed decision-making at the plant level.
- Design, build, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering production output, batch yield, rejection rates, downtime, and efficiency metrics
- Compile and analyse data from production, QA/QC, procurement, inventory, and HR functions into consolidated management reports
- Track and report key manufacturing KPIs — OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), batch-wise yield, line efficiency, raw material consumption vs. standard, and wastage trends
- Maintain and update production planning trackers, shift-wise output records, and workforce productivity data
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and business intelligence for operational decision-making
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot reports, and automated templates to reduce manual data entry across departments
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate data submission for consolidated reporting
- Identify data discrepancies, flag anomalies, and escalate to management with supporting analysis
- Assist in ERP data management and reporting if applicable
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and operational data
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
