Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue government tender opportunities (GeM, E-tender portals, RFPs)
Prepare and submit bids in compliance with procurement guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders
Track tender status, sales pipeline, and performance reports
Conduct market research on government projects and policy updates
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth execution
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/sales
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong knowledge of GeM portal and tender processes
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
