Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals in driving residential property sales in the Mira Bhayandar region. The role involves managing team performance, converting qualified buyer leads, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and coaching skills with a proven track record in residential real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement.
· Convert qualified buyer leads generated through digital marketing and other sales channels.
· Guide prospective buyers through the complete property purchase journey, from enquiry to booking.
· Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to maximize conversions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close high-value property deals.
· Conduct regular sales reviews, provide coaching, and identify areas for team improvement.
· Coordinate with the CRM, marketing, and internal teams to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-ups.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
· Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, with prior experience in leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Mira Bhayandar real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value property deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong team management and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in handling premium residential projects.
- Established network of HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales team members.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential sales cycle.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and transaction processes will be an added advantage.
