- Sheet Metal Work: Hands-on experience in turret punching, laser cutting, and bending machine operations.
- In-Process Inspection: Conduct dimensional and visual checks of processed sheet metal parts.
- Fabrication Quality: Inspect fabricated panels for accuracy, welding quality, and finishing.
- Powder Coating Inspection: Verify coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish as per standards.
- Final Assembly Inspection: Ensure assembled control panels meet design, safety, and customer requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documents.
- ISO 9001 Compliance: Support audits, maintain QMS documentation, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Customer Coordination: Interface with clients for inspection approvals, quality clarifications, and feedback.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate defects, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
