Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our hydraulic machine production unit. The candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage production operators, welders, fitters, machinists, and assembly staff.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing and assembly.
- Monitor machine utilization and reduce production downtime.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Maintain production reports, daily work progress, and manpower records.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Train and guide production employees to improve productivity.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
