Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow
the digital presence of AO Experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about
storytelling, social media trends, and creating content that inspires people to travel. If you
have a keen eye for aesthetics, enjoy bringing brands to life online, and thrive in a fast
paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Write engaging captions and adapt content for different social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Work closely with the AO Experiences team in Mumbai to develop content, execute campaigns, and maintain consistent brand communication across all social media platforms.
- Capture and manage real-time social media coverage during events, shoots, and familiarization trips when required.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and enquiries.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and premium aesthetics.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling tools, and basic social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for content creation, events, and shoots when required.
