Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator with experience in MS (Mild Steel) and SS (Stainless Steel) gate manufacturing. The candidate will handle fabrication, welding, and finishing of gates ensuring high quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ARC welding for MS and MIG welding for MS & SS gates
- Fabrication of main gates, sliding gates, swing gates, and grills
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements
- Cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components (MS & SS)
- Ensure smooth finishing, alignment, and strong joints
- Use tools like cutting machine, grinder, welding machine, drill, etc.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Follow safety procedures in workshop
- Support site installation work when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–5 years experience in MS & SS fabrication work
- Strong knowledge of ARC & MIG welding techniques
- Ability to handle SS finishing (clean welding, less spatter)
- Knowledge of gate structures and fabrication methods
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI in Welding / Fabrication (Any)
- Experience in custom gate design and fabrication (preferrable)
- Basic knowledge of polishing and finishing for SS
