Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AMS, Cloud, and Infrastructure services, aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of application management services, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and adherence to SLAs.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native architectures and hybrid cloud solutions across major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineering managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all managed services, driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Champion modernization initiatives, including automation, DevOps practices, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery capabilities. • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution architecture teams to develop winning proposals and expand service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for IT security, data privacy, and operational governance. Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (12+ years) in managing large-scale IT operations, Application Management Services, cloud services, and infrastructure delivery.
• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures, with relevant certifications preferred. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred) and extensive experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Extensive experience with enterprise application landscapes, databases, middleware, and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and negotiate vendor contracts effectively.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in leading and scaling global or distributed technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field; Master's degree highly preferred
