Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
· Planning and running WhatsApp and Email campaigns.
· Drive customer acquisition while maintaining healthy ROAS and maximizing ROI.
· Analysing Ad performance and understanding key metrics, especially on Meta.
· Coordinating budgets, creatives, and campaign timelines.
· Monitoring key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and lead quality, and making data led optimisations.
· Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to drive growth.
Key Requirements
· Someone with 3-7 years of experience in an agency or a brand
· D2C brands experience is a must.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both execution and insights.
· Should have experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹75 Lakhs+.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
