Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee documentation, HR operations, and data management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes and an opportunity to learn practical HR management in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Documentation & Onboarding
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and digital HR files.
Attendance & HR Operations
- Assist in updating attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll input preparation.
- Maintain HR reports and trackers.
- Coordinate employee communication and follow-ups.
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Update employee databases and HR dashboards.
- Prepare reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee data.
- Assist in maintaining HR MIS and operational reports.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and meetings.
- Collect feedback and prepare event reports.
General HR Support
- Handle routine HR coordination tasks.
- Assist in policy documentation and process improvements.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
