This is to inform that Jawai’s Wildness Lodge is looking for a skilled *Tandoor Chef* and *Commis–II* to ensure high-quality food preparation and guest satisfaction.
*Responsibilities of Tandoor Chef:*
• Prepare all tandoor dishes with authentic taste and consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section
• Ensure timely service during peak hours
• Handle tandoor equipment safely and efficiently
*Responsibilities of Commis–II:*
• Assist senior chefs in food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the kitchen
• Support the cooking process as required
• Follow standard recipes and quality guidelines
All concerned staff are requested to cooperate and support accordingly. Strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and discipline is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
