Profile: Sales Executive-Solar EPC-Surat-4.8 LPA
Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales
- Preference for candidates from solar, electrical, EPC, or industrial/B2B sales background
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in solar sales can be considered
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
- Identify and generate leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand energy requirements
- Educate customers on solar solutions, system capacity, financial benefits, ROI, and government subsidies
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (Engineering / Electrical / Commerce preferred)
- Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply
- Basic technical understanding of solar systems will be an advantage
