Profile: Sales Executive-Solar EPC-Surat-4.8 LPA
Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales
- Experience in Residential Solar Sales, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Home Automation, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Direct Sales preferred
- Field sales experience will be an added advantage
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for residential rooftop solar solutions
- Conduct customer meetings, home visits, and site assessments
- Explain solar products, electricity savings, ROI, payback periods, government subsidies, and financing options to homeowners
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the complete sales process
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects for closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals
- Participate in local marketing activities, housing society visits, and awareness campaigns
- Track market trends and competitor activities in the residential solar segment
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (Engineering / Electrical / Commerce preferred)
- Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply
- Basic technical understanding of solar systems will be an advantage
