Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Create and test multiple audience segments, creatives, and ad copies.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Set up Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Optimize bidding strategies and campaign budgets.
- Create remarketing campaigns for better conversion.
- Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign KPIs including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Lead ManagementCoordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead quality.
- Track lead conversions and optimize campaigns based on sales feedback.
- Maintain CRM integration and conversion tracking.
- Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Creative CoordinationWork closely with Graphic Designers and Content Writers.
- Suggest creative ideas for ad campaigns.
- Develop high-converting landing page strategies.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in CRM and Lead Management systems is an added advantage.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred).
- Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or E-commerce industry will be preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
