- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
