Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Faculty to prepare students for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and other competitive engineering entrance examinations. The candidate should have strong subject expertise and effective teaching skills to help students achieve top results.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry for IIT-JEE aspirants (Class 11 & 12).
- Plan and deliver structured lessons as per the latest syllabus.
- Simplify complex concepts using practical examples and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare high-quality study material, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Motivate and mentor students for competitive exam success.
- Stay updated with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and new teaching methods.
- Participate in academic planning and faculty development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. preferred.
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IIT-JEE coaching (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Result-oriented and student-focused teaching approach.
