Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support and coordinate mobile development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate app development projects from planning to deployment.
- Gather and document project requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project schedules, task trackers, and status reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the development team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams during the development lifecycle.
- Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and escalate when required.
- Support app testing, UAT coordination, and release management.
- Ensure proper project documentation and knowledge management.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of mobile app development (Android/iOS) and web technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prepare reports, project plans, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
